You'll need:
3 medium size 1/4" thick pork chops - with bones removed and thinly sliced
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 clove minced garlic
Sauce - Combine together:
1/2 cup sweet Asian chili sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup water with 1 tbsp corn starch mixed together
Scallions for garnish
1. Heat olive in in a large wok or skillet over high a high flame. Add pork chops. Allow the pork chops to sit in the pan for 30 seconds before moving them around. You want to stir them every 30 seconds, until the pork chops begin to loose their pinkness. Do not cook longer than 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Add onions and peppers, and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Add Chili lime sauce mixture and garlic, then cook for 30 seconds.
4. add cornstarch and water mixture and cook for 30 seconds, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 1 minute. Serve with brown rice or white rice.
