Ingredients:
1/2 pound of cut up bonless chicken thighs or breast
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup corn starch (if you do not want to add cornstarch to the chicken you can use all purpose flour)
1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
1 small onion chopped
5 tablespoons sesame oil


Sauce:
3 teaspoons corn starch
1 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 tablespoon rice wine (you can use water or chicken broth)
1 tablespoon water
4 tablespoons dark soy sauce (you can add more if you want the sauce darker)
4 tablespoons sugar
