

You’ll need:
1 medium onion, roughly chopped
1 12 oz bag broccoli slaw or cole slaw mix
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 package egg roll wrappers
2 cups cooking oil
1 pound ground beef 1 tablespoon oil
1. Cook the ground beef until its almost completely done, then drain and reserve about 2 tablespoons of the fat.
2. Add slaw mix, onion, salt and pepper Mix and cover and allow to cook on medium heat for 6 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and allow mixture to cool completely.
4. Place a couple of tablespoons in the egg roll wrapper and fold according to package directions.
5. Add about 2 cups of cooking oil to a skillet. Heat the oil to about 315 degrees F.
6. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on both sides and remove from the oil and allow it to drain on a plate lined with kitchen towels.
