Perfect Fool Proof Meatloaf



You’ll need:
1 teaspoon marjarom
1/2 teaspoon basil rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1 celery diced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1 medium onion diced
2/3 cup plain white bread crumbs
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 1 ounce)
1/3 cup ketchup
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
5 thick-cut bacon slices

1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the bacon. Do not over mix, over mixin will cause the meatloaf to be tough.

2. Pour the meat mixture onto a sheet pan and shape into a loaf. Cover the loaf with the baccon tucking the bacon under the meat loaf. 3. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and drain excess fat and serve.
