Rosemary Pop Corn Recipe



You’ll need:


4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup good pop corn kernels
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper


1. In a pot on medium high heat melt the butter and add the pop corn and rosemary.  Stir until you can smell the rosemary and cover the pot with the lid.


2. Listen for popping, once popping starts shake the pot until the popping slows.  Once the popping slows remove it from the heat and remove the lid once the popping completely stops.  


3.  Add the salt and pepper and toss together.
