Dry Rub Ribs with BBQ sauce on the side


you’ll need:
2 1/2 pound slab of pork ribs
2 pack goya sazon
1 heaping teaspoon smoky paprika
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 bottle of your choice of BBQ Sauce



Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.


Clean and pat the ribs completely dry using a kitchen towel. Sprinkle half of the dry rub on the bottom of the ribs, then rub the seasoning into the ribs. Repeat using the reaming dry rub on the top of the ribs.

Place the ribs onto a wire rack on top of a sheet pan and bake the ribs for 1 hour, then flip the ribs every 30 minutes until the ribs are fork tender in the center. Remove from the oven and cover with tin foil to allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes. Slice and then serve with a side of your desire bbq sauce.
