Pepperoni and Pork Pizza

You’ll need:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce or smooth marinara sauce
pepperoni 40 to 50
salt & pepper to taste
rosemary to taste
mozzarella cheese about 3 3/4 cups
2 pizza crusts
1 tablespoon veggie oil
1 onion diced
3 green onions chopped

1. In a skillet on medium heat add the oil. Once the oil is hot add the pork. While the pork is cooking, use a wooden spoon to break the pork apart. Once the pork is 75% done remove from heat and set aside to allow it to cool a bit.

2. Place your pizza crust on a pizza pan that has been dusted with corn meal and add desired amount of pizza sauce onto the crust You do not want to add too much because you don’t want your crust to end up soggy. Now add a very thin layer of cheese. 3. Line the entire bottom with pepperonis. Add half of the pork, onions & green onions evenly on top of the pizza.

4. Sprinkle approx 1 1/2 cups of cheese evenly across the top of the pizza, then bake in a preheated 375 degree F. oven and bake for 15-20 min or until the crust is golden brown. Also, check under the crust to see if it is properly browned. Repeat this process for the second pizza

5. Remove from the oven allow the pizza to sit for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
