Salmon Croquettes




You’ll need:

1 14.5 oz can kosher pink salmon, drained with the bones removed (good brand) or you can use fresh salmon (make sure its 14.5 oz)
1 small onion diced
1 egg, beaten
1/2 stick of celery diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup all purpse flour or rice flour
1 1/4 cups of cooking oil

1. Add the salon to a bowl, using a fork break the salmon apart.

2. Add the onion celery, spices and mix together.

3. Add the egg and mix until well combined.

4. Add the flour, mix until well combined.

5. Take two heaping tablespoons of the salmon mixture and pat into patties (this will create 6-8 patties)

6. In a skillet heat the oil on medium heat, once the oil is hot add the salmon patties and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve while hot.
